When young psychiatrist Ajay meets Piya on a sea liner he is immediately drawn to her, and after a night at the bar they become inseparable. By the time they land at Mumbai they have fallen in love and soon marry. Howver, all does not run smoothly for them; Piya is struck down by Alzheimer's disease.
